CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE RECLAMATION  

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE OF THE RECLAMATION (HOSTED ON HEARTBEAT)

Cancellation Policy for Membership Tiers (The Remembering, The Embodiment, The Reclamation, The Mystery School):

Monthly Memberships:

Clients can cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice (via email to cindyestockdale@gmail.com) at least 48 hours before their next billing date.

If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the next billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect the following month, and the client will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Annual Memberships:

Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent auto-renewal for the following year. Clients will retain access for the full duration of their paid term.

No Refunds After Payment:

Once a payment has been processed (monthly or annual), no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare cases (e.g., medical emergencies), an exception may be made and a partial refund or pause access may be offered.

Cancellation Policy for Tier 4: The Mystery School (High-Touch Offer):

Commitment Period:

Clients must commit to a minimum of 3 months to join The Mystery School. This ensures they’re fully invested in the process and transformation.

After the initial 3-month period, clients can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

No Refunds:

Due to the high-touch nature of this offer, all payments are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual plans.

Pausing Membership:

Offer the option to pause their membership for up to 1 month (once per year) if life circumstances arise. This adds flexibility without compromising your boundaries.

How to Cancel:

Clients must email cindyestockdale@gmail.com directly with the subject line “Membership Cancellation” and include their name, email, and confirmation of their request.

Light Journeys Coaching will confirm receipt of their request and provide details on when their access will end.
