Hello, my loves

For weeks I woke up with the fastest part of "Free Bird" playing in my head. It was the soundtrack from the moment I opened my eyes until I crashed at night.

And I teach this stuff. I'm a spiritual coach, a meditation teacher, an energy healer. I'm supposed to have it all figured out, right?

No.

Here's what I know for sure. I can understand my feelings beautifully. I can analyze them, explain them, tell you exactly where they came from. And still. Not. Feel. Them.

Maybe you know this one too. You did everything right. You built the career, held everyone together, read the books, did the therapy. Life looks good on paper. And somewhere along the way you stopped being able to hear your own voice over everyone else's.

The question underneath

Almost every woman I work with is asking the same thing.

  • Am I allowed to rest?
  • Am I allowed to feel good?
  • Am I allowed to say no?
  • Am I allowed to trust what I know?

Yes. Full stop.

You are not a life-long project to fix. You're running outdated programs, stories you picked up at five, or ten, or twenty-one, still running in the background and making decisions for the woman you are now.

So here's the truth. You can't think your way out of something your thinking built. You have to take the quiet way in.

How we work

The quiet way in

This is where I love to work: in the body and in the symbolic. Breath, ritual, art, nature. They speak straight to the subconscious, past the protector that has kept you safe for so long and is very, very good at saying no to anything new.

We make art with the part of the brain that doesn't think. We let water carry things away. We burn what's ready to go. We sit with the earth and let it recalibrate us, without needing to understand how it works.

And we do it without force. I don't believe you have to suffer to change. Presence without force is transformative. Not pain, not complacency. Just enough.

Underneath the ritual is real method: somatic and nervous-system work, subconscious change work, and energy medicine, woven together the way I've been teaching for years.

What changes in 90 days

One word for what you leave with: agency.

From
To
Living in your head
Feeling and trusting your body's yes, and its no
Running on old stories and other people's voices
Writing your own current version
Over-giving and never asking
Asking for what you need
Carrying old wounds
Harvesting the gold, and taking your power back
Energy scattered across everyone else's lives
Your energy called back, clean and bright
Rest as laziness, joy as guilt
Rest and joy as reclamation
A circle, not a course

This kind of transformation we can't do alone.

We heal in connection. We regulate with each other until we can do it on our own. As Dan Siegel says, we need to feel felt.

That's why The Reclamation is small, eight to twelve women, and why we meet every week. You'll speak your truth out loud and watch it land somewhere safe. You'll be witnessed. And you'll find that witnessing someone else's reclamation does something to yours, too.

Devotion is the river: the love, the longing, the reason you want to show up at all. Discipline is the banks: the shape that gives your devotion somewhere to go. Each weekly circle is a bank for your river. And because life is life, two of the twelve weeks are lighter integration weeks, so the work has time to settle into your body.

The 12-week journey

Descent. Treasure. Return.

The oldest story there is. We go down to meet what's been running us, we find the gold that's been waiting there, and we come back up carrying it into real life.

Descent

Weeks 1–4
  • Opening the circleWhy change comes through presence, not force. Setting your intention in feeling terms.
  • The story auditIs it true? Is it current? Whose voice is this?
  • Your protectorsThe stories they keep, and which ones you're ready to keep, polish or let go.
  • Integration weekLook over your shoulder at what's shifted. A nature practice.

Treasure

Weeks 5–8
  • Find your yesShould versus want. Feeling your body's yes, and honouring its no.
  • The dock and the lakeFeeling to heal, gently. Dipping one toe in at a time.
  • Harvest the goldA guided journey to the medicine inside the wound.
  • Integration weekA release ritual with fire, water or a tree.

Return

Weeks 9–12
  • Call your energy backAcross time and space. Power with, not power over.
  • Rest and joy as reclamationPleasure over punishment.
  • Your living practiceMaking an art piece or ritual object for your next season.
  • Closing ceremonyWitnessing, gratitude, and closing our sacred space.
Each week

What a circle feels like

Ninety minutes, live on Zoom, Tuesdays, 5:00–6:30 pm Pacific. Every session holds the same shape, so the teaching never gets lost and everyone is heard.

  1. Arrive. Breath, grounding, and a one-word check-in.
  2. Teaching. A story and a concept. Notice which words land as medicine for you.
  3. Practice. The week's meditation, journey or embodied ritual, done together.
  4. Witnessing. Sharing together what came up. Everyone speaks, every week.
  5. Coaching. Focused coaching for one or two women while the circle witnesses.
  6. Close. One small practice for the week to support your integration.

The beta round

This is the very first round of the new Reclamation, and I want to be honest with you about what that means. The price is lower because you're helping me shape it. In return, I'll ask for your feedback along the way, and a few words about your experience if it lands.

Questions

You might be wondering

I'm already so stretched. Can I really commit to every week?

I hear you. That's exactly why the circle is built the way it is: weeks 4 and 8 are lighter integration weeks, the practices between sessions are small, and every circle is recorded. You can't do this wrong. Your pace is perfect.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. Every circle is recorded, and your check-in partner will help you stay connected. Coming live is where the magic is, though, so I'd love for you to come whenever you can.

Do I need any experience with meditation or energy work?

None at all. If you're brand new, you're welcome here. If you've been on this path for years, maybe even as a coach or healer yourself, there's room for you too. Many women in my circles know the concepts and want to finally feel them.

Will I have to share in front of everyone?

You're always in charge. Most sharing happens in pairs or threes, and you can always pass. It's an invitation, never a requirement.

How is this different from working with you 1:1?

Private work is deep and tailored, just you and me. The Reclamation is ritual, teaching and being witnessed by other women. If you want both, you can add private sessions to your circle.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm not a licensed therapist. This is spiritual coaching and embodied practice, held with trauma-informed care. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I have wonderful people I can refer you to.
